LA GRANGE – The annual La Grange Pet Parade, celebrating its 68th year this weekend, is a beloved event that welcomes the start of the summer season in the village.

The Pet Parade will be held on Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and runs north along La Grange Road before turning west on Burlington Avenue and then south towards Lyons Township High School on Brainard Avenue.

The annual event is a popular tradition among residents across the area, with some waking up early to grab front row seats along the parade route.
