West Chicago students donate to Carol Stream nonprofit

WEST CHICAGO – Community High School National Honor Society Treasurer Sean Young (from left), induction chair Kristen Thompson, President Janaki Thakker, Vice President Emma Knoelke and chairman of the Mother's Day Pancake Breakfast Eric Knoelke hold the $300 check they donated to the Humanitarian Service Project in Carol Stream to use for its program with the most need.

The West Chicago school's National Honor Society previously volunteered with the project's Christmas Offering program in December 2013.
