GLEN ELLYN – Glen Ellyn resident Nora James received multiple honors for her knowledge about horses last month, according to a news release from 4-H.

James and her teammate, Aubrey Sieve, of Lisle, took the top title for senior team presentation in the annual State 4-H Horse Speech Contest on April 12 at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Additionally, James earned third place in the senior division of the Illinois 4-H Horse Bowl on April 13, also at the University of Illinois. The Horse Bowl is comparable to a scholar bowl, but features questions about the horse industry.
