Police reports: Lemont for April 25

DUI

Juan-Carlos Sosa-Martinez, 33, of 308 Short St., Lemont, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance and failure to signal after a traffic stop at 12:10 a.m. April 18 in the 15600 block of 127th Street.

Marijuana possession

A juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 4:57 p.m. April 18 in the 0 to 50 block of Grace Court.

Drug paraphernalia possession

Patrick Homeier, 48, of 936 Monterrey Court, Crown Point, Ind., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 9:22 a.m. April 18 in the 500 block of McCarthy Road.

Property damage

• A pool frame was damaged sometime between 8 p.m. April 13 and 7 a.m. April 14 in the 100 block of Timberline Drive.

• A decorative wall was damaged April 16 in the 100 block of Stephen Street.

License violations

• Sara Diaz-Andrade, 44, of 316 S. Ottawa St., Joliet, was charged with no valid driver’s license and failure to dim headlights after a traffic stop at 3:59 a.m. April 15 at Main and Lockport streets.

• Rogelio Rojas, 35, of 10655 Mackinaw Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving while license is suspended and failure to signal after a traffic stop at 9:41 a.m. April 15 in the 14900 block of 127th Street.

• Carol Hernandez, 31, of 219 Riley Ave., Lockport, was charged with driving while license is suspended and operating a motor vehicle while using a wireless telephone after a traffic stop at 2:42 p.m. April 17 in the 16700 block of New Avenue.

• Dalia Vargas, 31, of 2133 S. California Ave., Chicago, was charged with no valid driver’s license and obstructed windshield after a traffic stop at 6:26 p.m. April 19 at New Avenue and Timberline Drive.
