DUI

• Jimmy D. House, 34, 424 E. Bailey Road, Naperville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of marijuana at 12:01 a.m. April 21 at 2025 S. Naperville Road.

• Jasmine D. Gutierrez, 25, 10 Gentilly Drive, Montgomery, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:43 a.m. April 20 at Butterfield and Wiesbrook roads.

• Nicole T. Harwood, 32, 2348 S. Cannon Drive, Mount Prospect, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:24 a.m. April 20 at Roosevelt Road and Chase Street.

• Scott MacKay, 43, 1039 Garner Ave., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and an auto accident at 11:58 a.m. April 18 at Naperville Road and Evergreen Street.

• Scott K. Igoe, 23, 1393 Woodcutter Lane, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:59 a.m. April 18 at Delles and Roosevelt roads.

• Kathryn L. Murphy, 27, 570 Crescent Blvd., Glen Ellyn, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, no driver’s license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 11:43 p.m. April 17 at Scottdale Circle and Blacksmith Drive.

• Kenneth M. Kise, 42, 675 Dorset Drive, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 5:08 p.m. April 16 at his home.

• Stephen J. Schoenfeld, 52, 4250 N. Marine Drive, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:08 a.m. April 14 at Oak View Drive and Jewell Road.

• Aleksandr S. Tsygulev, 25, 469 Valley Drive, Naperville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of marijuana at 3:11 a.m. April 12 in the 600 block of South County Farm Road.

Burglary

• Two cell phones were stolen from an unsecured vehicle between 11: 10 and 11:25 a.m. April 21 at 509 N. County Farm Road.

• A television was missing from an unsecured residence between 11 p.m. April 14 and 6:15 a.m. April 15 in the 800 block of Cary Court.

Possession of drugs and drug equipment

• Danielle M. Lofendo, 25, 0 N 114 Beverly St., was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment at 11:51 p.m. April 14 in the 2100 block of West Roosevelt Road.

• Christian L. Kurfist, 20, 2347 Nottingham Drive, Naperville, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment at 10:24 a.m. April 14 at Butterfield and Lambert roads.

Property damage

Several windows were damaged by thrown rocks at a new home under construction between 7:30 p.m. April 14 and 7:30 a.m. April 15 in the 1500 block of East Prairie Avenue.

Theft

A cellphone was removed from a secured locker between 3 and 4:30 p.m. April 15 at Franklin Middle School, 211 E. Franklin Ave.

Hit and run

Tiffany Ray, 35, 997 S. Lorraine Road, was charged with a hit and run and attempting to file a false police report at 9:04 p.m. April 18 at 997 S. Lorraine Road.
