CAROL STREAM – The Rotary Club of Carol Stream hosted its fifth Community Food Drive on Saturday, bringing in about 15,000 pounds of donated food from across the village and beyond.

The drive is supported by several community partners, including Community Consolidated School District 93, Glenbard North High School and various businesses, churches, residents and other organizations.

The food collected in the drive was donated to Interfaith Food Pantry at Outreach Community Center, Humanitarian Service Project and Neighborhood Food Pantries at Lutheran Church of the Master, all in Carol Stream.

Donors dropped off items Saturday at Glenbard North in Carol Stream, and items that had been collected at other sites in town were brought to the school as well. The pantries then picked up the donations.
