West Chicago library marks National Poetry Month

WEST CHICAGO – Actress Betsey Means performs as Emily Dickinson in celebration of National Poetry Month at the West Chicago Public Library District, 118 W. Washington St.

The Afternoon Program Series event, "I Dwell in Possibility – An Afternoon with Emily Dickinson," was packed April 3, as the audience listened to more than 18 Dickinson poems and anecdotes.

While in character, Means responded to audience questions about her life, beliefs and work for more than an hour.
