State Rep. Conroy to tour Villa Park Library

State Rep. Deb Conroy, D-Villa Park, will visit the Villa Park Public Library on April 16.

VILLA PARK – State Rep. Deb Conroy, D-Villa Park, will tour the Villa Park Public Library on April 16 in recognition of National Library Week, April 13 to 19.

Libraries are key to a community and offer a place for individuals to gather and engage with each other to learn and address local issues, Conroy said.

National Library Week, first sponsored in 1958, is a national observance sponsored by the American Library Association (ALA). The theme of this year's National Library Week is "Lives Change @ Your Library."
