club to donate 100 Easter baskets

LA GRANGE – The Peaceable Schools Initiative Club at Lyons Township High School is aiming to fill 100 Easter baskets for needy children.

The club is asking for donations, including baskets or buckets, toys, art supplies, books and snacks – but requests no fake grass be donated. Donations, which are due by April 14, can be dropped of at the high school’s main offices, Room 229 at North Campus, or Room J104 at South Campus.

The baskets will be donated to the Off the Streets Club, one of Chicago’s Boys and Girls Clubs.

LTHS North Campus is located at 100 S. Brainard Ave., La Grange, and the LTHS South Campus is located at 4900 S. Willow Springs Road, Western Springs.
