ACTHA conference to be held at Drury Lane on April 12

OAKBROOK TERRACE – The Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA) will host a conference to address current issues, including the dynamics of living in a community association, at 8 a.m. on April 12 at the Drury Lane Conference Center, 100 Drury Lane, in Oakbrook Terrace.

Presenters will include attorneys Lara Anderson, Gabriella Comstock, David Hartwell, James Arrigo, Marshall Dickler, Mike Kreibich and Sima Kirsch.

Educational programs during the conference include enhanced community living, elections, selecting and interviewing for a manager and FHA and ADA compliance contracts.

ACTHA is the largest organization representing unit owners and board of directors for condo, townhouse, homeowner and coop associations in Illinois. Registration is $45 for ACTHA members and $120 for non-members.
