BERWYN – The North Berwyn Park District is seeking volunteers for the annual Think Green City Clean-Up to be held on Saturday.

The 9 a.m. kick-off will be held at various locations throughout the city. This year, for the first time, volunteers can pick their projects and register as teams. Individuals and families may also register to help at various locations.

Volunteers interested in participating can register by calling 708-749-4900, or visit www.nbpd4un.org to download a registration form.

The park district will host a thank you pizza party, compliments of the Slice Factory in Berwyn, for all volunteers immediately after the clean-up.

Also on Saturday, residents can recycle their electronics by dropping them off from 9 a.m. to noon at the Berwyn Gardens at Clinton Avenue and Cermak Road, directly behind the Jiffy Lube.

A complete list of accepted electronic items can be found at www.nlerinc.com.
