Yard waste collection to resume Monday in Glen Ellyn

GLEN ELLYN – Yard waste collection will resume Monday in Glen Ellyn, according to a village news release.

The weekly service runs through late November.

Regulations for collection include:

• A $2.40 green yard waste sticker must be placed on each container.

• Yard waste must be in brown paper bags or unlined 33-gallon trash containers.

• Branch or brush must be bagged, bundled or placed in a container.

• Branches must be no larger than 5 inches wide, 4 feet long and 50 pounds heavy.

• Waste must be at the curb by 7 a.m. Monday.
