Lombard trustee, 48th District candidate Breen to speak at Wheaton College

WHEATON – Lombard village trustee Peter Breen, fresh off of his recent primary election victory over state Rep. Sandy Pihos, R-Glen Ellyn, will speak about religious liberty April 2 at Wheaton College's Meyer Science Center, according to a news release from the Thomas More Society, a national nonprofit law firm.

Breen, who is running as the Republican candidate in the 48th District race, will speak to his experience as vice president and senior counsel for the Thomas More Society, which focuses on First Amendment rights.

The lecture will be held from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. in Room 145, 430 Howard St.
