Rotary Club of Lisle accepting scholarship applications

LISLE – The Rotary Club of Lisle is accepting applications for its 2014 college scholarships, according to a club news release.

Four one-time $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors residing in Lisle, who exemplify the Rotary ideal of “Service Above Self.”

Selection criteria include community service, school service, leadership demonstration and academic excellence.

Applications can be acquired in the guidance offices of area high schools.

Completed forms should be sent to Rotary Club of Lisle Scholarship Committee, c/o Lisa Leone, Lisle Park District, 1925 Ohio St., Lisle, IL 60532.

Applications are due April 7.
