Domestic battery

Troy Van Dyke, 43, 841 Meadow Ridge Drive, was charged with domestic battery at 6:16 p.m. March 2 at his home.

Criminal abuse reported

An incident involving criminal abuse or neglect of an elderly, disabled or long-term care resident was reported at 8 a.m. March 4 in the 200 block of West North Avenue.

DUI

• Samuel Enriquez, 32, 822 Burr Oaks Drive, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license and improper lane use at 10:27 p.m. March 4 at Main Street and Easton Avenue.

• Miguelangel Romero, 23, 610 Kenwood St., was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol at 11:59 a.m. March 5 at Washington and Sherman streets.

• Gustavo Ahuatzi, 21, 511 Lyman Ave., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, speeding, a signal violation, improper lane use and failure to signal at 10:30 p.m. March 5 at Neltnor Boulevard and Helen Avenue.

• Sergio Huerta Perez, 48, 618 Lincoln St., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:26 a.m. March 8 at Ann and Sherman streets.

Unlawful delivery of marijuana reported

• An incident involving delivery of less than 30 grams of marijuana was reported at 11:49 a.m. March 7 at the West Chicago Police Department, 325 Spencer St.

Dog bite reported

• A dog bite incident was reported at 2:15 p.m. March 6 in the 900 block of Knollwood Lane.

• A dog bite incident was reported at 3:15 p.m. March 7 in the 300 block of Fremont Street.

Suspicious incident reported

• Gold was reported taken from a bedroom at 2 p.m. March 3 in the 200 block of Parker Street.

Theft reported

• License plates were reported stolen at 8 p.m. March 3 in the 600 block of Kenwood Avenue.

• License plates were reported stolen at 7 a.m. March 5 in the 400 block of Industrial Drive.

Identity theft reported

• An unknown person was reported to have used another person’s credit to open unauthorized credit accounts at 5 p.m. March 3 in the 200 block of East Stimmel Street.

• Unauthorized charges on a Discover credit card were reported at 1 p.m. March 6 in the 1900 block of Franciscan Way.

Violation of order of

protection reported

• A violation of an order of protection was reported at 7:21 p.m. March 3 in the 1000 block of Elizabeth Street.

• A violation of an order of protection was reported at 9:28 a.m. March 5 in the 500 block of Claremont Avenue.

Warrant arrest

• Jose Leon, 22, 2S700 Cerny Road, Warrenville, was arrested on an unspecified in-state warrant at 11:46 a.m. March 6 in the 300 block of Wilson Street.

• Kwantey Dyse, 20, 511 Preston Dr., Bolingbrook, was arrested on an unspecified in-state warrant at 10:11 p.m. March 8 at Neltnor Boulevard and Heritage Woods Drive.

Disorderly conduct reported

An individual making suicidal and homicidal statements was reported at 8 a.m. March 3 in the 300 block of Wegner Drive.

Unlawful visitation interference reported

An incident involving unlawful visitation interference was reported at 5:13 p.m. March 6 in the 80 block of West North Avenue.

Ordinance violation

• Modesto Munoz, 54, 722 Elizabeth St., was charged with an ordinance violation at 10:49 a.m. March 6 at Hawthorne Lane and Carolina Drive.

Traffic violation

Salvador Perez, 27, 404 E. Blair St., was charged with illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and a seat belt violation at 4:15 p.m. March 6 at 1108 S. Neltnor Boulevard.

Abandoned vehicle reported

An abandoned motor vehicle was reported at 4:20 a.m. March 4 in the 1400 block of West Roosevelt Road.
