Riverside library to celebrate retirement of longtime staff member

RIVERSIDE – Staff at the Riverside Public Library will celebrate the career of a longtime staff member at the end of March.

Terry Cortesi, who has worked for the library for 25 years, will be honored at an event March 31 from 3 to 4 p.m. at the library, 1 Burling Road.

According to the library, Cortesi began working at library on Nov. 6, 1989. Library staff praised her dedicated service to the children, youth and parents who visit the library.

The party will be held in the public meeting room on the library's lower level. All are invited to stop in and wish her well in retirement.
