BARRINGTON HILLS – The Sanfilippo Foundation's Place de la Musique concert hall will be a new venue for the Woodstock Mozart Festival this summer. The 28-year festival will kick off its 2014 season with a benefit called "Be Amazed!" April 12 at the Sanfilippo estate, 789 Plum Tree Road, Barrington Hills.

The event includes a 5 p.m. tour of the estate and concert hall that includes the world's largest restored theatre pipe organ, other restored antique music machines, arcade and gambling machines, art glass, steam engines, street and tower clocks, and a European salon carousel.

A concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. The evening will conclude with a post-show reception in the Carousel Pavilion. Tickets are $150. Visit www.mozartfest.org for information.

Other festival events to take place at the Place de la Musique in Barrington Hills include a chamber music concert and master class at 3 p.m. July 24 and the festival's final concert program at 3 p.m. Aug. 10. Tickets are $45 for the July program; $65 for the August program, each including a 90-minute pre-concert tour of the Sanfilippo estate.
