Domestic battery charges

Frank P. Qualtier, 47, 949 59th St., was charged with two counts of domestic battery at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday at the Downers Grove Police Department.

Theft reported

A $4,500 diamond “tennis bracelet” and a $500 necklace were stolen at about 6:55 p.m. Feb. 24 from a residence in the 400 block of Indianapolis Avenue.

Gun possession charged

Cynthia Rutledge-Owens, 51, 2540 Ogden Ave., was charged with possession of a firearm without a FOID card, and possession of ammunition without a FOID card at about 9:11 p.m. Feb. 24 at the Downers Grove Police Department.

DUI charges

• Gazmend Osmani, 38, 4926 25th St., Kenosha, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device at about 3:02 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Butterfield Road and Downers Drive.

• Robert A. Carlson, Jr., 24, 120 Schmidt Road, Bolingbrook, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident at about 3 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Fairview Avenue and 55th Street.

• Jennifer M. Reynolds, 33, 1111 E. Cove Circle, Palos Hills, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a traffic control signal at about 2:03 a.m. Saturday at Finley and Butterfield roads.

• Kent Gutierrez, 24, 293 Vista Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and leaving the scene of an accident at about 3 a.m. Sunday at an unnamed location.

• Andrew G. Gunderson, age not provided, 5315 Victor St., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving too fast for conditions and no valid driver’s license at about 3:35 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Austin Street and Linden Place.

• Ryan P. Donahue, 25, 10200 S. Tripp Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and no insurance at 3:11 a.m. Saturday at Butterfield Road and Highland Avenue.

• Alexandria N. Spreitzer, 25, 26831 Overland Drive, Channahon, Ill., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at about 2:31 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Butterfield and Finley roads.

• Kimberly A. Utley, 42, 420 Walnut Creek, Lisle, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs at about 7:36 a.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of Ogden Avenue.

• Paul L. Zido, 61, 1012 Mistwood Lane, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding at about 11:30 p.m. Feb. 25 at the intersection of Belmont Road and Hitchcock Avenue.

Marijuana charges

• Alberto Garcia-Guzman, 19, 2547 Forest Glen Parkway, Woodridge, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana; and, Todd A. Aguilera, 2633 Woodmere Drive, Darien, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at about 3:48 p.m. Saturday in the 10 block of Winthrop Court.

• Thomas J. Tallman, 51, 211 51st St., Western Springs, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and speeding at about 12:30 a.m. Friday at Ogden and Seeley avenues.

Public indecency charged

Richard J. Galloway, 54, 6931 Penner Ave., was charged with public indecency at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 24 in the 700 block of 59th Street.

Identity theft charged

Steven D. Culbreath, 30, 4143 Grenshaw Ave., Chicago, was charged with identity theft at 10:07 p.m. Feb. 25 in Cook County.
