WOODRIDGE – The Woodridge Public Library will host a series of workshops beginning Monday as part of a parent-child reading program to help parents navigate early literacy.

The Every Child Ready to Read Parent/Child Workshops begins Monday from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The first session is for parents and caregivers only.

Subsequent sessions are for parents, caregivers and children through age 5. Other sessions are planned on March 3, March 10 and March 17 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the library's Storytime Room.

Each session builds from the first one, so attendance is required at the first parent and caregiver program to participate in the following programs.
