Glenbard District 87 to host skill development talk, seminar

GLEN ELLYN – The Glenbard Parent Series: Navigating Healthy Families will present Sarah Ward, who will address “Organizing the Disorganized – Teaching Students How to Develop Executive Functioning Skills” at 7 p.m. Thursday at Glenbard South High School, 23W200 Butterfield Road, according to a news release from Glenbard Township High School District 87.

Ward will offer strategies for teaching students to develop planning, organizing, problem-solving and management skills.

Additionally, Ward will lead a workshop titled “Fostering Executive Functioning Skills” from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, also at Glenbard South.
