Police blotter: Bolingbrook for Feb. 19

Money laundering

Rosalba Garcia, 29, and Jose Del Rio, 33, both of 406 Wellington Lane, Bolingbrook, were charged with money laundering at about 9:53 p.m. Feb. 12 at the intersection of Route 53 and Briarcliff Road.

Two juveniles charged with residential burglary

Two juveniles were charged with residential burglary and criminal damage to property after breaking a rear window and rear door on Feb. 7 in the 400 block of Marshall Ash Drive following the report of a residential burglary.

Residential burglaries reported

• A television, several pieces of jewelry and numerous bottles of liquor were stolen from a residence sometime between 11 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. Feb. 11 at Lot B of Fernwood Drive.

•The front door of a residence was kicked in, rooms were rummaged through and cushions and a television were damaged sometime between 8:20 a.m. and 3:01 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive.

Other thefts, robberies

• A diamond ring valued at $1,200 was stolen from a counter of a business sometime between 10 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Feb. 7 in the 1100 block of W. Boughton Road.

• A tablet and a bag of clothing were stolen from a vehicle parked sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 2:50 p.m. Feb. 7 in the 110 block of W. Boughton Road.

• A 2004 trailer was stolen from a parking lot sometime between Feb. 4 and Feb. 7 in Getaway Court.

• A FedEx package was stolen from a front door sometime between 4:40 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. Feb. 7 in the 2100 block of Emily Drive.

• A Samsung Galaxy cellphone was stolen from a counter of a business sometime between 10:25 p.m. and 10:40 p.m. Feb. 7 in the 200 block of N. Weber Road.

• A purse was stolen from an employee area sometime between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Feb. 8 at Red Lobster, 209 S. Weber Road.

• A Galaxy S III phone was stolen at about 8 p.m. Feb. 8 at Coops Den, 148 W. Boughton Road, following an argument in the parking lot.

• A vehicle’s window was broken and a GPS unit, wallet and loose change were stolen sometime between 6:45 p.m. and 7:20 p.m. Feb. 9 in the 100 block of N. Weber Road.

• A checkbook and several credit cards were stolen from a victim on Feb. 11 in the 600 block of E. Boughton Road. A credit card was then used at a nearby store.

• The driver’s side window of a vehicle was broken and a briefcase, leather gloves, ball valve samples, power cords and a luggage carry-on bag were stolen sometime between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Feb. 11 at a business in the 1000 block of S. Weber Road.

Illegal transportation of alcohol

• Demetrius Rodgers, 19, 452 Sauk Lane, Bolingbrook, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol at about 11:48 p.m. Feb. 9 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Bolingbrook Drive and Boughton Road.

• David Owsley, 36, 486 Angelique Place, St. Charles, Mo., was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance, disobeying a traffic control and illegal transportation of alcohol at about 11:40 p.m. Feb. 10 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 53 and Old Chicago Drive.

DUI charges

• Thomas Pierce, 49, 234 Bedford Road, Bolingbrook, was charged with driving under the influence, traffic sign violation and no insurance at about 4:04 p.m. Feb. 9 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Bedford Drive and Rockhurst Road.

• Gurbeer Sanghera, 28, 2512 Indian Grass Court, Naperville, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to report an accident and a moving violation at about 12:18 p.m. Jan. 30 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Hassert Road and Essington Drive.

• Ezequiel Baerca-Cintron, 30, 103 Hunter Ave., Joliet, was charged with driving on a suspended license, driving under the influence and a moving violation at about 2:08 a.m. Jan. 31 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 53 and I-55.

• Juan Sanchez, 53, 3133 S. 52nd Court, Cicero, was charged with driving under the influence, no insurance and a traffic signal violation at about 11:12 p.m. Feb. 2 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Bolingbrook Drive and I-55.

• John Ketchem, 54, 5627 N. Mulligan Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence and too fast for conditions at about 4:40 p.m. Feb. 3 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Lily Cache Lane and Schmidt Road.

Obstruction of justice

• Anissa Rodriguez, 19, 1351 Maumee St., Valparaiso, Ind., was charged with obstructing justice, speeding, no valid driver’s license and an in-state warrant at about 12:50 a.m. Feb. 3 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Emily Drive and Glenview Lane.

• Tomas Fernandez, 54, 357 Gehrig Circle, Bolingbrook, was charged with obstructing justice at about 7:13 a.m. Jan. 31.

• Tommy Rice, 32, 202 N. Canyon Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with obstructing justice at about 12:46 p.m. Jan. 31.

Possession of drug equipment

• Kimberly Wedow, 22, 1225 Iroquois Drive, Batavia, was charged with possession drug equipment, look-a-like controlled substance and improper turn at about 12:47 a.m. Feb. 2 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Boughton Road and Preston Drive.

• Daniel Torrijos, 23, 233 Bowie Court, Bolingbrook, was charged with possession of drug equipment, no insurance, moving violation, no valid driver’s license and improper use of registration at about 11:17 p.m. Feb. 3 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Algonquin Drive and Seneca Lane.

• Kyle Gonzalez, 27, 245 Whitewater Drive, was charged with no valid driver’s license, no valid registration and possession of drug equipment following a traffic stop at about 7:07 p.m. Feb. 4 at the intersection of Bolingbrook Drive and Lily Cache Lane.

Unlawful use of a weapon

Brandon Hadley, 21, 819 Juniper Ave., Joliet, and Antoine Henderson, 19, 362 N. Broadway St., Joliet, were both charged with unlawful use of weapon at about 11:06 p.m. Feb. 7 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Delaware and Grant drives.
