THUMBS UP: Congratulations to the Addison Trail Special Olympics basketball team, which recently captured third-place honors in Division 4 at the 2014 Special Olympics District C Basketball Tournament. Keep up the good work.

THUMBS UP: A Bensenville family played a key role in the most exciting moment of this year's Super Bowl – the commercials. Microsoft's "Empowering Us All" Super Bowl commercial featured a clip of Greg Bacon, who was serving with the U.S. Army in Iraq at the time, watching his son being born in Elk Grove Village via Skype. What an incredible way to preserve such a special memory.
