BURR RIDGE – Nazareth Academy held its annual "Call to the Heart Mass and Reception" on Jan. 26 to thank all of the benefactors who have shared gifts and who have made a difference in the lives of students, according to a Nazareth Academy news release.

The reception was also a time to give special recognition to outstanding members of the Nazareth community, including Russ and Sue Petrak or Burr Ridge.

The Petraks supported Nazareth’s Capital Campaign, which resulted in the school’s bridge named in recognition of their family’s contributions. Not only are the Petraks financial supporters of Nazareth, but they donated their time and talents while their two sons, Stephen and Robert, were Nazareth students, according to the release.
