DuPage County NAACP to host education conference

The DuPage County NAACP will host an education conference to support parents, educators and community members Feb. 25, according to an NAACP news release.

The goal of the event is to strengthen parents' knowledge about educational resources for students of all ages and grades, identify national emerging issues and provide a supportive network for parents, the release said.

The conference will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Kindlon Hall, Benedictine University, 5700 College Road, Lisle.

Attendees must register at www.dupagecountynaacp.org/events by Feb. 20. For more information, email education@dupagecountynaacp.org.
