Glenbard North bounce back from loss to defeat Lake Park

ROSELLE - Coming off a buzzer-beating loss to Naperville North on Friday, the Glenbard North boys basketball team returned to the court Tuesday night.

And the Panthers quickly put that defeat in the rearview mirror, jumping out to a 12-3 lead after the opening quarter on their way to a 53-40 win over Lake Park.

With the victory, Glenbard North improved to 14-5 overall and 7-2 in the DuPage Valley Conference.

Jeremiah Fleming scored 15 points, 10 of which came in the second quarter as the visitors extended their advantage to 30-10 by halftime.

Kendall Holbert topped all scorers with 16 points and Chip Flanigan added 12 points.
