LISLE – The Lisle Eyes to the Skies Festival Committee has announced that Scott McClinton of SkyCab Productions, Inc. will be the 2014 festival Balloon Meister.

McClinton has appeared on several occasions at the Lisle festival as a pilot, but this year he will manage balloon operations for the festival.

He and his support staff from Prospect, Ky. have extensive balloon management experience, including the Centennial Era Balloon festival at the Indianapolis Speedway, the Cherry Blossom Festival in Macon, Ga., and the Great Midwest Balloon Fest near Kansas City, Mo., according to a release.

This year’s Lisle Eyes to the Skies festival is set for July 3-5.

Glen Moyer will serve as the 2014 announcer for all balloon events, the festival committee announced.

Moyer, of Keithville, La., is returning for his 15th year as the balloon field announcer and is very active within the ballooning community.

Moyer will bring his experience and knowledge to festival attendees as the spectators learn about the art and sport of hot air ballooning.
