WILLOWBROOK – The Whole Foods on 63rd Street in Willowbrook is moving a few miles west to take over the vacant Willowbrook Dominick's building on Route 83, according to media reports.

Village administrator Tim Halik said the grocer plans to move into the 70,000-square-foot space at 6300 S. Kingery Highway, leaving behind the 38,000-square-foot facility at 201 63rd St., reports stated.

The Dominick's closed its doors Dec. 28 as part of the grocery chain's mass exodus from the Chicago area late last year.
