Police reports: Westmont for week of Jan. 29

Battery charge

Timothy Lounghran, 26, of 838 College Blvd., #202, Addison, was charged with domestic battery at 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of West 65th Street.

Thefts, burglaries

• Between 7 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday, cash and electronics were reported stolen from a building in the 200 block of West 60th Street. The total loss is $4,000.

• Between 9:14 p.m. Thursday and 10:30 a.m. Friday, a wallet with cash and identification cards was reported stolen from a purse in the 5800 block of South Cass Avenue. The total loss is $110.

• Between 10:15 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday, a GPS unit was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 100 block of South Williams Street. The total loss is $110.

• Between 2:20 p.m. and 2:25 p.m. Sunday, gas and windshield wiper fluid was reported stolen from a business in the 300 block of West 63rd Street. The total loss is $25.

Drug charge

Jonathan Shaffer, 19, of 537 Revere Ave., was charged with possession of hypodermic needles and theft at 6:40 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of Revere Avenue.

Property damage

Between midnight and 9:30 p.m. Sunday, three tires were reported punctured on a vehicle parked in the 6700 block of Alpine Lane. The total damage is $450.
