DUI

Kaw Mu Poe, 27, 306 Western Ave., Wheaton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol concentration of more than 0.08 and improper parking on a roadway at 6:19 a.m. Jan. 5 in the 500 block of Roosevelt Road.

Criminal damage

The sidewall was reportedly punctured on both driver’s side tires of a vehicle between 8:30 and 9:48 p.m. Jan. 9 in the 400 block of Crescent Boulevard.

Traffic violation

• Maria De Jesus A. Meza-Ramirez, 27, 536 W. Division St., Villa Park, was charged with no valid driver’s license and improper lane use at 2:33 a.m. Jan. 9 at St. Charles and Lenox roads.

• Alicia Gonzalez, 39, 1185 Surrey Drive, was charged with no valid driver’s license and disobeying a stop sign at 6:26 a.m. Jan. 12 at Roosevelt Road and Surrey Drive.

Underage drinking

Andrew J. O’Connell, 18, 1N340 Prairie Ave., was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor at 3:47 a.m. Jan. 12 in the 300 block of Linden Street.
