La Grange Park snow parking ban in effect

Published: Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014 1:13 p.m. CDT

LA GRANGE PARK – With multiple inches of snow already on the ground, the village issued an email alert Thursday reminding residents of its on-street parking ban that kicks in any time after two inches of snow has fallen.

No overnight parking will be granted by the village, it said. The ban exists to enable snow plows and salting vehicles to clear the roads from curb to curb.

Questions regarding the parking ban should be directed to the La Grange Park Police Department's non-emergency phone number, 708-352-2151.
