Aggravated assault

Edmund J. Burandt, 32, 3705 S. Clarence Ave., Berwyn, was charged with aggravated assault at 11:41 a.m. Thursday in the 1700 block of 75th Street.

Battery charge

Lavelle A. Howard, 23, 621 W. Marion St., Joliet, was charged with battery at 12:50 a.m. Dec. 23 in the 3800 block of Highland Ave.

DUI charges

• Desiree L. Lanagan, 18, 6720 Aspen Lane, Westmont, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 6:27 p.m. Thursday at Seventh Street and Fairview Avenue.

• Kevin White, 22, 1425 Willard Place, Downers Grove, was charged with DUI of alcohol at 2:54 a.m. Dec. 25 in the 1400 block of Willard Place.

• Boundoeun E. Sok, 31, 9911 Whitehurst Drive, Dallas, Texas, was charged with DUI of alcohol at 3:56 a.m. Dec. 22 in the 1100 block of Butterfield Road.

• Jacob P. Walter, 27, 2141 Finley Road, Lombard, was charged with DUI of alcohol, driving without lights when required and no insurance at 10 p.m. Dec. 18 at Finley Avenue and Brook Drive.

• Dale W. Faber, age not provided, 604 57th St., Downers Grove, was charged with DUI of alcohol and failure to signal at 11:20 p.m. Dec. 15 at Cumnor Road and 39th Street.

Burglary charge

Sterling J. Washington, 31, of Joliet, was charged with burglary at 7:30 a.m. Dec. 20 at Lee and Ogden avenues.

Theft charge

Raymond H. Dunn, 73, 208 Indian Trail Road, Oak Brook, was charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing two packages of women’s stockings at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 18 from Lover’s Lane, 1640 75th St.

Domestic battery charge

Chris Z. Kuczmanski, 49, 3915 Saratoga Ave., Downers Grove, was charged with domestic battery at 2:49 a.m. Dec. 25 at his residence.
