IC's D'Amore commits to St. John's volleyball

ELMHURST – After winning the Class 2A girls volleyball state title, IC Catholic senior Delaney D'Amore has made a decision on where to continue her career.

D'Amore, who led the Knights in kills, aces and digs, will be a libero/defensive specialist for St. John's of the Big East.

The Red Storm were 16-16 this season.

IC was 36-6 this season and won the program's third state title and first since 1984.
