DUI

Valderrama P. Frias, 23, 1757 Avelon Court, Glendale Heights, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and no valid driver’s license at 3:03 a.m. Nov. 12 at Bloomingdale and Geneva roads.

Marijuana possession

Rick J. Eddings, 23, 2321 S. 15th Ave., Broadview, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:20 a.m. Nov. 14 at Roosevelt Road and Briar Street.

Warrant arrest

Victoria M. Walsh, 66, 677 Roosevelt Road, was arrested on an unspecified outstanding warrant from the Kane County Sheriff’s Office and charged with uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended at 9:40 p.m. Nov. 14 at Roosevelt Road and Main Street.

Criminal damage

A parked vehicle was reportedly scratched between Nov. 10 and Nov. 11 in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

Illegal dumping reported

Five bags of leaves or yard waste were reportedly dumped in the Duane and Lorraine Parking Lot between 8 a.m. Nov. 13 and 8:04 a.m. Nov. 15 at Duane and Lorraine streets.

Theft

An unattended purse containing a black Apple iPad, miscellaneous credit cards, an Illinois driver’s license and state-issued ID and two checkbooks was reportedly stolen between 9:30 and 10:25 p.m. Nov. 14 at Glen Prairie Restaurant, 1250 Roosevelt Road.

Traffic violation

• Marissa Kelly, 25, 747 N. Austin Ave., Chicago, was charged with uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended at 3:34 p.m. Nov. 15 at Geneva and Bloomingdale roads.

• Natasha R. Garrett, 48, 675 Roosevelt Road, was charged with no valid driver’s license, uninsured motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with expired registration at 2:27 p.m. Nov. 16 at Illinois 53 and Sheehan Avenue.
