Woodridge's holiday light recycling program continues through February

WOODRIDGE – With the holiday season wrapping up, the Village of Woodridge is reminding its residents about the importance of recycling old lights.

Between now and Feb. 21, worn-out strands of lights will be collected at Village Hall, 5 Plaza Drive, or Public Works,1 Plaza Drive. Along with Christmas lights, the program will also include extensions cords, computer cords, phone cords, rope or LED lights, mini-lights and C7 or C9 lights.
