DUI

• Liutauras Dovydaitis, 53, of 4444 S. Tallman Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and no driver’s license after an incident at 6:52 p.m. Nov. 20 in the 9700 block of Lemont Road.

• Bruce Myslinski, 60, of 725 Wilcox St., Joliet, was charged with DUI of alcohol and improper lane use after an incident at 10:02 p.m. Nov. 22 in the 12400 block of Archer Avenue.

• Shannon Eubanks, 26, of 29W451 Emerald Green Drive, Warrenville, was charged with DUI of alcohol, illegal transport of liquor, improper lane use and operation of uninsured motor vehicle after a traffic stop at 12:15 a.m. Nov. 23 at Archer Avenue and 127th Street.

• Jonathan Farmer, 21, of 13040 Black Fox Lane, was charged with DUI of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid accident after a traffic stop at 4:52 a.m. Nov. 23 in the 400 block of Keepataw Drive.

• Tomasz Biernacki, 28, of 1024 Crestview Drive, was charged with DUI of alcohol, speeding and expired registration after a traffic stop at 1 a.m. Nov. 24 in the 500 block of McCarthy Road.

• Mario Cerda, 29, of 2116 Beldon Court, Plainfield, was charged with DUI of alcohol and improper lane use after a traffic stop at 4:10 a.m. Nov. 24 in the 12200 block of Archer Avenue.

Robbery

Brian Lagiglia, 54, of 12419 Mackinac Road, Homer Glen, was charged with robbery after an incident at 7:07 p.m. Nov. 15 in the 300 block of Short Street.

Retail theft

Darius Bartoszek, 23, of 537 Senon Drive, was charged with retail theft after an incident at 12:40 p.m. Nov. 19 in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue.

Controlled substance possession

• Tarita Maka, 27, of 16136 New Ave., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and expired registration after a traffic stop at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 14 in the 400 block of Porter Street.

• Nicholas Rokita, 31, of 407 Grant St., was charged with possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop at 9:55 p.m. Nov. 14 in the 400 block of Porter Street.

Drug paraphernalia
possession

• Travis Albrecht, 19, of 813 Lisdowny Drive, Lockport, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 4:19 p.m. Nov. 23 in the 1200 block of State Street.

• Aric Klemp, 18, of 7710 Wilcox St., Forest Park, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 10:45 a.m. Nov. 24 at New Avenue and Timberline Drive.

Underage consumption

• Christine McVagh, 20, of 2 E. Illinois St., was charged with underage consumption after an incident at 4:53 a.m. Nov. 23 in the 400 block of Keepataw Drive.

• Kayle Grajeda, 18, of 358 Keepataw Drive, was charged with underage consumption after an incident at 4:29 a.m. Nov. 24 at 127th Street and Krystyna Place.

License violations

• Stephen Sullivan, 43, of 400 Main St., was charged with driving while license suspended and no insurance after a traffic stop at 10:22 p.m. Nov. 18 at Talcott Avenue and Stephen Street.

• Carlos Helguera, 22, of 724 Walnut St., was charged with no valid driver’s license, no insurance and no lights when required after a traffic stop at 8:04 p.m. Nov. 19 at State and Weimer streets.

• Beth Smith, 51, of 7498 N. Thayer St., Terre Haute, Ind., was charged with driving while license revoked and speeding after a traffic stop at 1:39 a.m. Nov. 21 at 127th Street and Smith Road.

• Darius Bartoszek, 24, of 537 Senon Drive, was charged with operation of vehicle with suspended registration and failure to surrender suspended registration after a traffic stop at 8:37 a.m. Nov. 23 at Lemont and Canal streets.

• Kristen Schwantes, 31, of 800 Copley Lane, Joliet, was charged with driving while license suspended and suspended registration after a traffic stop at 5:10 p.m. Nov. 23 at State and 127th streets.

• Jacob Christenson, 27, of 17365 W. 135th St., Lockport, was charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and expired registration after a traffic stop at 1:43 p.m. Nov. 24 at 127th Street and Eaglecrest Drive.
