Lemont High School names November Students of the Month

LEMONT – Four Lemont High School students were honored with November “Studentof the Month” accolades at the Lemont High School District 210 Board of Education meeting Nov. 18, according to a district news release.

The honorees are senior Phil Zukowski, nominated by the music department; junior Savannah Brija, nominated by the mathematics department; sophomore Jaron Fay, nominated by the business department; and freshman Shannon O’Donnell, nominated by the science department.

Selections rotate among the school’s various departments from month to month. Students may be selected for the honor only once in their careers at Lemont High School.

Lemont businessman Brad Grcevic of Edward Jones, Inc., contributes a donation each month to a charity selected by the “Student of the Month” award winners. This month’s winners selected the Lemont Food Pantry.
