LA GRANGE PARK – Nazareth Academy announce that three student-athletes, Danielle Bartodziej (Westchester), Samantha Brown (Chicago) and Lexie Petrovic (Burr Ridge), signed their commitments to continue their academic and athletic pursuits.

Bartodziej, a middle infielder for the softball team, signed with Division II Northwood University in Midland, Mich.

Brown, the Suburban Life Cook all-area girls volleyball MVP this fall, signed with Youngstown State. The outside hitter led the Roadrunners in kills and set the school record for most kills in a match with 22.

Petrovic will continue her tennis career for the Utah Utes in the Pac-12. She finished her four-year varsity career with IHSA all-state honors after placing seventh in the state tournament this year. She plans to major in broadcast journalism and will announce Nazareth basketball games on High School Cube to gain experience.
