A play written by Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans co-founder Bob Adams is now available on DVD, according to a news release from the shelter.

"Place of Angels" is an autobiographical account of Adams' experience enslisting in the Navy during the Vietnam War, his service and his struggle afterwards. A DVD copy of a December 2012 performance starring Jeff Still at the Pritzker Military Library in Chicago is now available.

DVDs can be obtained for a minimum $25 donation to the shelter, plus a fee for shipping and handling. Additional donation levels also include commemorative dog tags, a framed photo and a signed poster.

For more information about the shelter or "Place of Angels," visit www.helpaveteran.org or call 630-871-8387.
