Wheaton League of Women Voters to host tax discussion

WHEATON – The Wheaton and Glen Ellyn Leagues of Women Voters will host an informational meeting on resolutions in the Illinois General Assembly that could allow for a progressive income tax, according to a news release from the group.

Doors will open for a meet and greet at 7 p.m. on Nov. 21 at the Wheaton Park District Community Center at 1777 S. Blanchard St. in Wheaton. A discussion will follow.
