CSS director to participate in program

Necole Mills (second row, second from the right) of Brookfield-based Community Support Services was selected to participate in Community Memorial Foundation’s Ladder to Leadership program.

The program aims to boost the skills and capabilities of emerging leaders in health and health-related nonprofits. As CSS Academy director, Mills oversees all program development and implementation, staff management and daily operations for the academy. CSS is a nonprofit for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities serving 57 communities in western Cook and eastern DuPage counties.
