CICERO — Two Cicero men and a juvenile were charged with first degree murder in connection with the strangulation death of a Chicago man whose body was found in a dumpster burnt beyond recognition in November 2012, according to police officials.

Reynaldo Ocampo, 21, the 5000 Block of West 30th St.; Joseph Saleski, 25, of the 1900 block of South 48th St.; and a juvenile boy are accused of kidnapping and killing 39-year-old Rodolfo Hernandez-Bey, of the 6100 block of North Harding Avenue, on Nov. 6, 2012.

His body was found in a dumpster in the 3100 block of North Central Park Avenue that night at about 9:20 p.m. burnt beyond recognition, according to police.

Both men and the juvenile were each charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of aggravated kidnapping for ransom.

All three appeared in bond court Wednesday.

Cicero police officials said Ocampo and Saleski are "frequent flyers" with known gang affiliations, and that Saleski was taken in for questioning by Cicero police as little as a week ago for an unrelated matter.
