Western Springs Police issue alert after two burglaries Wednesday

WESTERN SPRINGS – Western Springs Police issued a crime alert after two residential burglaries occurred Wednesday.

Between 3 and 8 p.m., forced entry was made into unoccupied residences in the 4200 block of Western Avenue and the 4100 block of Howard Avenue, police said.

A computer and cash were stolen from one of the homes, while nothing was taken from the other.
