West Chicago library shares preview of oral history project online

WEST CHICAGO – A preview of the West Chicago Public Library District's oral history project is available on the library's website.

In honor of the library's 20th anniversary in its current building at 118 W. Washington St., its History Committee has recorded stories from residents of their library experiences.

The completed project will be unveiled in December, but in the meantime, community members can find a preview by visiting www.westchicago.lib.il.us and clicking on "Preview the West Chicago Public Library District Oral History Project!" on the main page.
