Three hurt near Oak Brook after crash involving UPS truck

OAK BROOK – Three people were injured in a three-vehicle crash Tuesday morning involving a UPS truck on the Reagan Memorial Tollway near Oak Brook, according to media reports.

The crash took place about 7:15 a.m. when the UPS truck was involved in a crash with two other vehicles on Interstate 88 near Route 83, reports said. Three people suffered non-life threatening injuries and were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital.

During the incident, the UPS trailer opened and packages spilled out onto the highway causing traffic delays.
