Police reports: Westmont for Oct. 16

Battery charge

John Griffin, 34, of 5809 Western Ave., Clarendon Hills, was charged with battery after he pushed another individual in the 700 block of Fairfield Court at about 7:30 a.m. Oct. 7

DUI charges

• Nicholas Shuman, 22, of 20 West 065 Frontage Road, Lemont, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Naperville Road at about 2:45 a.m. Saturday. He was also cited for driving with a revoked license, illegal squealing of tires, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured vehicle.

• Anatolie Ciobanu, 27, of 6704 Aspen Lane #1, was charged with driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the 400 block of Arbor Lane at about 11 p.m. Saturday. He was also cited for no valid license, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage.

License violations

• Susan Hinckley, 27, of 5537 E. Lake Drive, Lisle, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 300 block of South Cass Avenue at about 7:15 a.m. Oct. 7.

• David Lorek, 43, of 2410 Bluespruce Lane, Aurora, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 6700 block of South Cass Avenue at about 9:30 a.m. Oct. 8. He was also cited for expired registration and operating an uninsured vehicle.

• Richard Mueller, 53, of 835 Curtiss St. #203, Downers Grove, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 0-100 block of West Naperville Road at about 10:40 p.m. Oct. 9. He was also cited for improper lighting.
