Former Harlem Avenue Arby's switching over to flapjacks

BERWYN – Work is underway to transform a shuttered Arby’s restaurant, 3205 Harlem Ave., that has been closed for years into a pancake house.

Jorge Jimenez, owner of Jelly-Jam Pancake House, 6300 Cermak Road, confirmed the former Arby’s site will be a spot for flapjacks, but said the grand opening is a long way off.
