Published: Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013 5:23 p.m. CDT

LOMBARD – From October through the end of the year, the Village of Lombard is offering an amnesty program for parking violations.

During this time, anyone who owes $250 in parking violations can pay a reduced rate of $50 for general parking or commuter lot violations, or $100 for a fire lane parking violation. No amnesty will be given for handicapped parking violations.

This program will be for parking tickets issued before Sept. 5, and will continue until Dec. 31.

Notices will be sent from the Village of Lombard to anyone who is eligible for the amnesty program, and payments can be made by mail or in person to the Village of Lombard. Any payments made over the phone or online must reference the citation number and license plate number listed on the notice.

Any questions about this program can be directed to the Village of Lombard at 630-620-5700.
