CICERO – J. Sterling Morton School District 201 briefly posted the names Wednesday of 10 students who will be considered for expulsion at tonight's Board of Education meeting.

Jeff Davis, a spokesman for District 201, said a person in the District's administrative office accidentally uploaded the closed session agenda to the District's website. Davis said only members of the school board and the administration are meant to see the closed session agenda. The error was realized and quickly corrected, he added.

A copy of the Board's public meeting agenda was posted in its place, which lists the students considered for expulsion by their school ID number.

"It was only up for about five minutes," Davis said. "Clearly it was a human error and it was taken down as quickly as possible. We don't believe many people had access to it."

Tonight's Board meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. at Morton Alternative School, 1874 S. 54th Ave., Cicero.
