Elmhurst Historical Museum welcomes input on new strategic plan

ELMHURST – The Elmhurst Historical Museum invites community members to share their ideas while the museum updates its strategic plan.

The museum welcomes ideas and insights about its role in the Elmhurst community. Six focus groups will be held over the coming weeks, and all interested Elmhurst residents and business owners are welcome to participate.

Larry Carroll, director of Elmhurst College's Center for Professional Excellence, and Ken Bartels, principal of Ken Bartels Consulting, will facilitate the focus groups. Each session will be about 90 minutes long and take place at the Joanne Wagner Community Center, 615 N. West Ave.

Below is a schedule of meeting dates and time:

• Monday at 7 p.m.

* Oct. 15 at 7 p.m.

• Oct. 17 at 1 p.m.

• Oct. 29 at 7 p.m.

• Oct. 30 at 9:30 p.m.

• Oct. 30 at 1 p.m.
