LA GRANGE – Kama Indian Bistro will host an anniversary/grand reopening event Oct. 19 since it moved to 9 S. La Grange Road and reopened in early August.

Formerly located at 8 W. Burlington Ave., the larger Kama now features a new bar with an expanded craft beer selection.

"We're getting a very good response," owner Vikram Singh said. "Our regular customers are following us here and probably dining even more because it's such a spacious and beautiful space."

On Oct. 19, the restaurant will feature a special menu all day – a fusion of classical Indian and western food, Singh said.

At 7 p.m., Kama, celebrating its fourth anniversary, will host a special event for VIPs and regular customers that will include live music and a special menu. Singh said there will be a photo shoot and regular customers will have their pictures displayed on a collage VIP wall. Attendees will also receive small souvenirs.

Contact the restaurant at 708-352-3300 to make a reservation.
